Services

Integrated support for families, adolescents, adults, and justice-involved individuals.

Services may be provided individually, with family members, or in coordination with approved providers and community partners.

Case Management

We help clients identify needs, develop goals, navigate systems, connect with resources, and follow through with care plans. Support may include referrals, appointment coordination, documentation support, resource navigation, and communication with approved providers or agencies.

Skills Training & Development

We help clients build practical skills for daily living, emotional wellness, communication, decision-making, parenting, conflict resolution, budgeting, organization, employment readiness, and independent functioning.

Family Reunification Support

We support families working toward safe and healthy reunification by strengthening communication, helping parents understand expectations, developing parenting and coping skills, and connecting families to supportive resources.

Adolescent & Family Therapy

Therapy services may support youth and families experiencing emotional distress, behavioral concerns, family conflict, trauma-related stress, adjustment challenges, or system involvement. Treatment is individualized based on client needs and provider availability.

Criminal Justice Re-Entry Support

We assist individuals and families with re-entry planning, community resource connection, life skills, accountability planning, family reintegration, employment readiness, housing referrals, and support after incarceration or court involvement.

Important: Services are not a substitute for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
